Because of my dairy allergy it was great to find a soy meal replacement ready drink! The chocolate is rich and creamy, and the vanilla is adequate except for the overriding artificial sweetener after taste. The only drawback would be the artificial sweetener (which I am not a fan of) and the lack of enough fiber to be a COMPLETE meal replacement.
